Whether for delivery services, moving companies, rental fleets, municipalities, tradesmen or wholesalers: the STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit has been developed specifically for the compact class. It fits on every chassis and is available now.

The choice is yours: the STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit is available in standard sizes – optimally designed to match the vehicle manufacturers’ specifications.

The Customised Transport Solution.

Exactly How You Need it.

The STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit consists of newly developed sandwich panels with GRP covering layers. These are produced entirely at our own plant. The panels with a PU foam core are light, durable and only 20 mm thick. The standard design of the V.KO DRY features a translucent roof and 2-wing rear doors. A handle and ladder simplify entry and exit. The walls and the high quality aluminium profiles are available in a variety of white tones. The position lights at the front and rear along with the 3rd brake light are integrated into the profile and their electrical cabling factory fitted. The standard features include an LED roof light with a motion sensor.

Options

Side door
Tail lift preparation
Translucent roof
Sandwich roof (light insulation)
Reversing camera preparation

Intelligent Modules.

Expertise in Lightweight Design.

The completely newly developed STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit combines the modules so intelligently that the forces are absorbed optimally despite the lightweight design. The weight of the floor has been vastly reduced and the entire surface is fully load-bearing. This innovation enables more payload yet the lightweight design makes no compromises with regard to usage.

Schmitz Cargobull has drawn on its 40 years of sandwich panel production competence for the V.KO DRY. The perfectly fitting in-house production provides sturdy, modular components with a thickness of only 20 mm and which require no additional frame. Fully integrating the connecting profiles into the wall construction reduces the weight and, when combined with specially selected industrial adhesives, achieves a body strength which even fulfils the demanding standards of DIN EN 12642 Code XL. This has been proven with hydropulser tests using stresses of 40 g, which simulate a lifetime of multiple years within one month.

More than 1 t Payload.

Load More with no Risk.

The key benefit of the STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit is the significantly higher payload exceeding 1 t. As a result, the Schmitz Cargobull body achieves up to 10 % more payload* than a comparable sandwich construction – without making any compromises in manufacturing quality, durability and service life. The V.KO DRY is and remains an investment with high value retention – as reflected by its high resale value and exactly what you would expect from Schmitz Cargobull.

Additional advantages:

  • Reliably short delivery time.
  • Comprehensive service quality throughout Europe.

* The values can vary depending on the equipment and configuration.

Load Securing Included.

Integrated load securing has to be simple in order to be actually used. It should also match the way you work. That is why you can choose from a range of different options. The airline rails fitted sideways on the floor are an integral part of the design and always included. They fulfil the DIN EN 12640 standard. A 150 mm high surrounding scuff rail is another integrated feature. The entire length, width and height of the body are usable.

Options:

  • Lashing bar(s) or anchor rail(s).
  • Load securing rails 900 mm or 2 rails 600 and 1,200 mm high.
  • Additional load securing rails on the bulkhead.
  • Additional 2nd LED roof light with motion sensor.

    14 Days.

    Fast Delivery.

We guarantee delivery of the kit within 14 working days*. This enables you to reliably schedule the assembly on the vehicle. Due to the maximum possible preassembly, assembling the STRATOPLAST V.KO DRY van box kit is child’s play.

    * As of clarification of the order details.
